There are many types of high-pressure hoses, and different types have different functions. Let’s take a look at the process requirements of wire-wound high-pressure hoses.
1. Before winding, the inner tube should be checked one by one, and those that do not meet the process requirements should be returned to the previous process.
2. During the winding process, strictly follow the number of steel wires, winding stroke and winding outer diameter specified in Table 3 and Table 4 of the process table.
3. When winding, the tube should be twisted at the same time to prevent the uneven diameter of the winding caused by the pile of glue.
4. The pay-off tension of the spool should be uniform, and the tension difference should not be greater than 0.5N.
5. When going online, distinguish the left and right rotations according to the pre-setting requirements. It is strictly forbidden to mix the left and right rotations. The inner winding layer adopts the right rotation and the adjacent two winding layers should have opposite directions.

6. Each winding layer adopts the corresponding mouth shape and the wire divider is strictly prohibited to substitute.
7. The traction chain of the winding machine should be properly tightened, so as not to damage the inner tube due to excessive pressure.
8. The inner winding layer is not allowed to have broken wires and back glue. Other winding layers are not allowed to have two or more broken wires, and the winding layers should be arranged neatly. It is allowed to have one steel wire back strand in one stroke, and the unqualified part of the winding layer is marked as invalid for cutting off during packaging.
9. After each layer of the hose is wrapped, wrap the end tightly with tape, and ensure that the wrapping part passes through the wrapping mouth and the rubber-coated mouth smoothly.
10. The wound hoses are neatly arranged on the bracket and vulcanized within 48 hours.
