   Ultra-high pressure hoses are widely used, mainly used in aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgical industry, electric power industry, paper and textile, construction engineering, medicine and food, railway and highway industries. According to its application range, it can be divided into ultra-high pressure hydraulic oil pipe, ultra-high pressure air hose, ultra-high pressure water jet hose, ultra-high pressure water cleaning hose and sewer ultra-high pressure cleaning hose.

   As a new generation of hydraulic hoses (high-pressure pneumatic hoses), high-pressure resin pipes have quite good advantages over traditional rubber hoses in the past. The first is that the oil resistance of high-pressure resin pipes is more than 5 times higher than that of rubber pipes. The high pressure resin tube has higher pressure bearing capacity and lower body weight than the rubber tube of the same specification. The fiber braided high-pressure resin tube can be designed and produced according to user needs to produce high-pressure hoses of various pressures; the working pressure of the 3mm pressure measuring tube can reach 63MPa; and the outer diameter is only 6mm.
   
   Today, I will mainly explain the water jet and water jet hose series; the pressure of the LT799B 8S ultra-high pressure resin hose produced by our company can reach 58000 psi, which is about 3010~ 4000 bar. This product is mainly used in the application scenarios of ultra-high pressure water jet; its main feature is water jet cutting, good flexibility, and can also remove the dirt deposited on the surface. Of course, we have also produced the corresponding socket in this single product, which is also a special socket for LT799B 8S, which forms a protective layer for the operator. The LT1502 ultra-high pressure water jet hose is mainly used in industries such as construction and shipbuilding to hydroscale descaling and remove accumulated dirt and substances; it has a pressure of up to 280mpa, which is 40600psi. Its outer layer is mainly polyamide, polyurethane, etc., which are mainly wear-resistant. The acceptable temperature range is also -10°C to +70°C.
