Stress crack acidification is called acid stress. In acid pressure construction, if acid pressure is used directly, acid is not only a pressure crack fluid, but also a liquid that reacts with the rock wall of pressure cracks; if non-reactive pre-hydraulic pressure cracks are used, the acid will flow along the water Cracks flow and react with cracked walls. Because of the uneven ground, the reaction between the cracked wall and the acid is irregular. This acid-etched rock wall will form an acid-etched earthworm hole with high conductivity after the fracture is closed, thereby improving the seepage capacity of the formation. Its penetration distance is generally between tens of meters and 100 meters, which can improve the control ability of deep oil and gas production.
   Our independently developed and produced super wear-resistant acid fracturing hoses are mainly used for acid fracturing, sand fracturing, hydraulic fracturing pipes, and transporting water-based, oil-based, foam, acid-based and other fracturing fluids under high pressure.    Before the acidizing operation, the artificial bottom hole, sand washing or sand filling must be tested according to the design requirements. Before the acidizing fracturing hose is placed, the well flushing string should be 1~2m below the acidified layer, and 5%~8% dilute hydrochloric acid should be used to flush the well wall and underground string before acidizing. Our acid fracturing string is then lowered to the top or mid-upper portion of the acid layer.
